While everyone’s circumstances are unique, recovery@work is about small changes (sometimes called workplace adjustments) that can make a big difference.
First, TALK with a trusted person about what you are going through to seek support.
Then, PLAN to make workplace adjustments that will help you continue to contribute at work while recovering.
Workplace adjustments might include:
- The option to work from home
- A more flexible work schedule
- Support via more regular check-ins
- Structured peer support
Some tools to get you talking and planning (from our friends at Beyond Blue and R U OK?)
