There's a lot you can do to look after your health and wellbeing, and to support others at work. Here we’ve included a number of places you can access support services, find professionals, evidence-informed tools, apps and other resources that can help.
Nearly one in six workers are experiencing mental ill-health now1 but up to 54 percent don’t access treatment2&3.
Take action early
Being proactive and aware can prevent the onset of mental ill-health or illness, reduce the severity or duration of an existing illness, and promote recovery.
Mental health training can help you learn to recognise the early signs of mental illness. But seeing the signs is just the first step. It’s important you and others know where to get help when you need it. Find out what support is available.
